We have all been facing rising costs, higher fuel prices & a sluggish economy. We decided to help our loyal friends through this challenging time.
Our customers are out most valuable asset and so we are investing back into you since you have invested in us!~ You will receive a dividend each quarter based on what you have spent minus your shipping costs.
We will send out a newsletter announcing that the credits are being sent out. Once you email us back we will let you know how much credit is in your account. This is for Retail & Wholesale accounts.
We will reply to your email to let you know what your credit is and will put the credit on your account. Then the next time you order it will be deducted from your total at the end of the checkout. You will have 3 weeks to use your credits before they are expired.
This is how the program will work :
· Earn a credit back from all your purchases toward future orders at www.backroad-hobbies.com. Taxes and shipping do not count toward your purchase totals eligible for a dividend credit.
· The dividend program is only available to our best accounts who have met the purchase/profitability requirements and kept their accounts in good standing. The credit is calculated based on the sales and profitability of your purchases during the past 12 months.
· Use your credit toward any purchase including sale products, clearance items, special offers, etc. Coupons cannot be used toward shipping or tax amounts.
· Purchases made using your credit count toward your next dividend coupon.
· There is no limit as to how much you can earn! Large orders and small orders all count toward your accumulated total.
· Dividend earnings of less than $5.00 will not qualify.
· Backroad Hobbies is not liable for unclaimed or expired customer credits.
· Customer credits can only be used on orders that have not been shipped and may not be redeemed for cash or account credit.
The way to have your dividends show up. When placing an order on our site, and you log in to your account, at the checkout the dividend will show up and will automatically take the discount off of your order. You must fill out the required information and the next time you place an order just go to Return Customer Log In and use your Username & Password and your Store Credit will show up when checking out. You can still add to your cart,etc before actually completing the sale.
