Payment Policy
-Credit Card- We accept Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged once we start to process your order.
-Late Payments- Late charges of 1.5 per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due invoices.
-Collection Fees- If a customer account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal or collection fees incurred will be responsibility of the customer.
All orders are prepaid. Payment is due when you place your order.
Please make your check payable to: Backroad Hobbies, if you prefer to send a check or money order.
You may also call your order in at: 717-694-3469. During business hours- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. We will not be available during any other times. We are also on the East Coast so please keep that in mind when placing a call.

If you pay by check please allow 7-10 business days for your check to clear.
Checks returned for NSF will be charged a $35.00 fee, plus expenses in collecting balances.

Shipping
-we ship using USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order
-Breakage and or leakage must be reported to UPS at 1-800-742-5877
-Report problem to UPS and to Backroad Hobbies immediately.
-Insurance is required and is included in the shipping cost
-Delivery confirmation with every order

Our customer list is never shared with any third party.

| Return Policy
-Our main concern is your satisfaction and we will try to resolve any problems that may occur, to our best ability.
-Please contact us within 48 hours if a problem has occured, after 48 hours we will assume that the order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
-We cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned.
-*We cannot accept returns on bath products due to safety and quality control concerns.
-We do charge a 15% re-stocking fee on any returned shipments, plus your shipping costs. And any shipping fees incurred with any re-routing.
-All products are available in small quantities. We suggest if ordering a new product, please order small quantity to insure that it meets your specific needs.
-Shipping charges are not refunded & buyer must pay shipping for returned items.
-Items must also be in resalable condition.
-Customer must call us at 717-694-3469 for authorization on returns.

Shipping Backorders
-In the past we have paid for the shipping of backordered items, but we can no longer take on that cost. If we feel that the majority of an order can be shipped, but there are a few items that are not ready. The customer will now be responsible for the cost of the shipping of that order.
-And if Free Shipping is applied for a shipment but the order needs to be shipped by a certain date and there are backordered items. We will be charging shipping for the items that cannot be shipped by a certain date.
